It's even worse ... he has increased spending not only massively, but has signed a bill that is the single most expensive bill ever proposed. And what is worse, NOTHING he is doing has ever been successfully done before - and this all done by a man who himself has never done anything before.
Never before has so much been spent with such drastic consequences to so many, so little cause, and so little precedent.... uh, except perhaps in countries where the experiment has failed.
Under current standards, mortgage lenders cannot refinance a loan if the outstanding debt exceeds 80 percent of the house's value.
President Obama proposes to undo this prudent standard and allow refinancing for up to 105 percent of the house's value, so that "upside down" borrowers will be eligible to participate.
This will produce mortgage-backed securities based on debt that exceeds the value of the underlying assets and is a recipe for further instability.
So, let me get this straight, we got into this mess by too much spending and free money, and now we are going to solve the problem by more spending.
That is what crackheads say, "Dude, I am strung out from too much crack" and the government solution to this "problem" (Yeah Right) is to take MY money so they can give it to this crackhead so he can go out and buy more crack.
Before it was passed, we were told that the text of the bill had only been distributed the night before the vote. Since the vote, we have heard that some senators admitted they did not read it before they voted for it.
Senators, shmenators, POTUS couldn't have read it either and he was the guy brandishing his Halloween club trying to stampede his herd of admirers into a higher state of panic and chaos.
Please pay attention to this further demonstration that POTUS is only the mouthpiece for his sponsors. Likely they have warehouses full of bales of Euros just waiting for the fall of the US dollar and T-bills. That puts multi-fortunes in the pockets of the European arbitragers for the small cost of buying the US Democrat party.
