Use the phrase "most importantly".
As in "Most importantly, the cat chased the mouse over the cliff."
The word "importantly" is a mongrel and bespeaks of poor upbringing and the existence of a loose mental attitude on the part of the speaker.
Yes, "The King strode, most importantly, into the room." but the use of the word in an adjectival sense or in a sense of being the condition of a thing (as opposed to an action) shows one to be a rube.
